Vice President for Communications

Ihuoma E. Ukoh is the Vice President for Communications. She is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Communications from Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown. She is the company’s chief information officer, responsible for maintaining effective lines of Communication between JJPS and various external audiences. Additionally, she is responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategy and advising leadership about government and community relations. She uses innovative approaches to work in a tandem with expanding technology to manage the communication and public relations needs of the company.
