General operational needs are overseen by Chinyere S. Ukoh, a graduate of Hampton University and an MPA (Master of Public Administration) holder from George Mason University. She manages the work force, interacts with the workers, inventories the company’s supplies needs, and coordinates the daily operations of the company. She is responsible for ensuring that JJPS is in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as it pertains to the execution of contracts and the maintenance of the workforce. She is a Certified Construction Quality Control Manager by the U.S. Army Corps of engineers and Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
